19 months plus

It seems to us that our darling little one is growing so fast, so fast that the time spent with her seems not quite enough. Anyway, today, i.e 5th April 2011, she turned 19 months, more like a 19 year old teenager who shows moodiness.


Helps mama to grind spices

  Her hyperactiveness is still increasing, very often at home she spends playing or organizing her toys, building Blocks, drawing, wearing mama's dresses. She has greatly shown fondness on bangles. She likes to wear colorful bangles. Sometime she imitates wearing mama's jewellery. Her papa says, " after all she is a girl" She loves to be outdoor.
Rachida's activities during 19 months:
- If she wants something that she does not know the name of the thing, she shows/points the picture from her book.


I love French fries

 - she wants whatever of her interest she sees on the tally.
-  She wants attention and she would not let mama play Sudoku.
- she has shown fondness on mama's several clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery.
- She says, "apple, jump, baby, bu bu, car"
- When a handkerchief is given to her, she wipes her hands and face and afterwards she passes to mama or papa whoever is near her.
- Humpty Dumpty song scares her. She wants us to changes the channes once it is being broadcasted.
- Possessive nature, she yells and screams especially whenever she finds older children doing.
- She likes sweet snacks in preference to salty and soury.


Enjoys building Blocks

 - She cries uncontrollably when she is not given milk when it is her nap or bed time. She must have it before going to bed.
- She gives "outdoor clothes" to wear when she knows will be soon taken out.
- If she is not in a mood to eat/drink something, she gestures - uh, ah...hot...
- She can build blocks
- she has become very very stubborn, cries uncontrollably when denied certain stuff.
- She copies instantly(sounds/gestures)
