21st months

In Elements
cycling

I lost my bag

At Waterfront

If she wants Juice, she said "juice" and points to the freeze because she knows that the juice is kept there. She uses a stool and climbs so that she can reach on the kitchen tap and play with water. She is so fond of water and does not waste a second to play with it. Once she finds that we are busy doing something and there she goes, splashes water on her face, hands, legs and smiles.
Ice-cream --oh no...she drags us to the Mc Donald's ...
We say, "time for ice-cream" if she denies not to go home. Sometime a lying works...

Keyboarding
During her 21 months, she has been talking a lot, especially her own language which we could not grasp. Moreover, she has been saying many words, most importantly most of the things/words we say. Sometime she would say words and we have to repeat after her, more like she acting as a teacher. She says and understands koku, sit, up, clock, watch, ring, monkey, sleep, ice-cream, soup, bath, coke, water, cycle, ship, juice etc. The best thing about this month is that her vocabulary has increased.

-         She enjoys listening to her recorded sounds and smiles and imitates.
-         Watches TV attentively and copies gestures/acting instantly. She enjoys watching “the wiggles.”
-         If she is fond of someone she let them carry her pretends not to care mama/papa.
-         She denies lentil soup.
-         She gets up with the word BUBU.
-         She likes to eat kineyma, made by her grand ma, chicken soup. Ice-cream, soup, juice.
-         When she knows something of her interest is somewhere where she could not reach, she gets a aid of a stool and takes them out.
-         She plugs in and out wires from the DVD player and the computer.
-         She drinks soft-drinks and even coffee/tea.
-         She is fond of umbrella and cycle, she goes chasing them.
-         She is becoming increasingly uncontrollable in the park, she seizes/grasps others food and drinks of her interest. When we try to intervene her, she throws tantrums by crying, stammering her legs and letting fall her body.
-         Bye-bye has a many meanings to her : when she is not allowed to do certain things or forbidden doing something. She insists for a while and when she knows that she is not getting it then she says, “ bye-bye”
-         These days she has started to draw circle or something that makes sense.
-         She shares her toys with others.
-         She is fond of dressing, wearing shoes. Especially she likes to wear scarf, like a Muslim-girl.
-         When she is about to drink bubu, she says bye-bye to papa and pushes him to make the space for her.
-         At 21months and 25 days, in the park she extended her arms to carry/lift up a 4 year old infant.
-         She sings Twinkle Twinkle. She also sings/hums the songs that she likes.
