Anyway, we stayed there for 17 days, reunited with the family. Sadly due to the cold weather, our darling felt sick for a couple of days. There were nights when she would wake up screaming, frightened, her hands and feet icy cold. There were days when she did not want to be around the people and she was to be carried all the time. Three days she denied eating rice and other solid food. She kind of fully depended on the breast milk. It was a quite exhausting experience. But then it was soon over. We came to HOng KOng and things came back to normal. Two days later she was perfectly fine and was eating like regulary, played and laughed religiously like she did before she got sick.
During her 15th months, she was able to do the followings:- She has being showing " Stubbornness" while asking things.
- If she is given something unopened, she would take it happily and tries to open it, when she realizes that she has fail opening, she would cry and hands us for our assistance.
- She is becoming so insistent.
-Her cryings have been quite intense and frequent. She knows if she cries she gets what she wants. Her crying is her strength and it's our weakness to see her cry.
- She feeds on her own.
- She has developed " preferential habit" for instance she prefers soup over water. She has refused to drink water.
- When she has finished something that she was given she would point out on the spot/place where the chip is located.
- She hides something and does not forget where she has hidden.
- Whenever she cries & cries - the thing is to IGNORE her and a while later she stops to cry.
- She copies very instantly.
- She points out " NOSE" gives " flying kiss" smooches mama/papa, strokes very gently. - When she is eating something and if you happen to open your mouth, she would feed you.
- She makes funnynoises and copies if she hears/sees us making facial expressions and sounds.
- She tries to put on her shoes, clothes, socks, likes to carry bags and wipes her body once she finds a towel or tissue paper.
