Appearance of tooth

Today Rachida is 6 months old. On her 6 months milestone, she has been healthy, happy, very active and a jolly baby. Seeing her laughter and playing joyfully, she makes us very delighted.

- 5 month's milestone is the appearance of her tooth on her lower jaw.

-On the first day of her 5th month, Rachida surprised us by turning to 80 degrees. After I fed her and put her on the bed and helped Rabin to stick adhesive paper on the windows on our bedroom, Few minutes later we were awed seeing her movement.

- 7th Feb - she rolled at 90 degrees and was very playful.

- She does rolling around most of the time.

- While latching she can be easily distracted. For example music, tv, papa's voice can easily startle and distract her.

- She plays with her leg's toes.

- Once she drops her toys she can pick them up readily.

- Also moves her toys from one hand to another.

- In the nights, when the dimmer light it on, she enjoys the shadow formed by her hands, legs or simply by her toys.

13th February - we should not have gone on relative's weaning ceremony. She cried a lot and I felt so guilty. Sorry darling, this won't happen again.

- she copies certain sounds such as breathing which we call Ramdev's yoga and puffing..

- If she is not happy she shows it through her cry.

- If she has been in her pram for quite sometime, she tries to cry in a hope that we would pick her up.
- Started weaning her from 1st March 2010. We have been feeding her Rice based milk cereal twice a day. She is enjoying solid food.
- She protects by crying if she is not happy about something or if something is bothering her.
- Some time during the nights she screams and likes to talk a lot.
Because of her teething stage, she cried uncontrollably on 13th Feb, 19th and 27th February. She can be annoyed easily but most of the time she is a happy & playful child.
